Miss Abillities Pageant

Miss Abilities Pageant

56% of women with disabilities report having negative social experiences at school such as bullying and other forms of isolation. We invite young women between the ages of 17 and 25 to participate in our annual pageant. This program cultivates safe spaces where participants build confidence and self-esteem through public speaking, relationship building, and social networking. Scholarship winners will receive funding for advanced education and professional opportunities. (Upcoming)

Black Students for Students with Disabilities (BSSD)

We facilitate on-campus peer to peer support for BIPOC students attending HBCU and minority-serving institutions. This support may be in the form of advocacy for accessibility, disability education, diversity, equity, or inclusion. (Upcoming)
